When you place an order using our online store, you may be required to submit sensitive information (such as name, address, email etc.)

Once an order has been and submitted, you will then receive a confirmation email.

This confirmation is an automated service and not a guarantee that your order is available to ship.

As for all our orders we will then confirm product availability, in which case you will then receive a further email to confirm that your order was successful and will contain delivery information. In any case where a product is not in stock we will outline necessary information in regards to this.

We (Glad Eyez LTD) have the right to cancel any order or amend stock availability at any point if we feel it necessary to do so. This will not affect your statuary rights

Whilst Gladeyez makes every effort to ensure each product and description is accurate as possible due to the hand-crafted nature of our products subtle variation in colour shade, design or size may occur from one product to another.

Our product prices have been submitted using GBP inc vat, If an order has been placed outside the United kingdom, your credit card company will alter this using the current exchange rates but we also have our own currency converter if you wish to use, but may not be accurate to current rates and should be used solely as a guide.

We will not be held responsible for any loss due to any exchange rate fluctuations.

Where any import duty/tax apply it is the customers full responsibility to foresee and abide by this as we cannot advise further please contact the local customs office to confirm any charges that may be applied.

Customers making payment should ensure to check carefully all the relevant details being submitted.  If for any reason payment has not been authorised you will be informed. A payment must be received before the product is supplied.

Whilst every care has been taken to make sure prices are accurate, human errors can and may occur in which case the customer will be informed using the contact details you have provided. We will then allow the customer a choice of cancelling the order or to continue after the details have been amended.

If you decide to cancel the order we will refund any amount that you have paid and if we hear nothing from the customer we will treat this as a cancellation also.

Once you have submitted delivery instructions, any delivery costs will be altered accordingly before you submit your order 


Gladeyez.com makes every effort to ensure we are up to date with product availability but it is not guaranteed that any product will always be available. All offers are only available whilst stock lasts. In either situation if we cannot supply a product, the customer will be informed and have the right to cancel the order and be entitled to a full refund where payments have been received.


  • Gladeyez.com delivers to all international destinations.
  • You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details.
  • If your order is made online but you do not pay by credit card, or if you order in any other way, please contact us for details of the delivery charges prior to ordering.
  • Gladeyez.com aims to deliver products within 1-3 Working days in most circumstances, however, each product has a link on the product page stating the estimated delivery time for that product and you should refer to these for more details about delivery times.
  • Orders are despatched either by Royal Mail or UPS Express Courier service. If sending by courier, the couriers require a signature so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your Products.
  • Orders placed after 1 pm cannot be guaranteed next day.  Orders in the USA require a minimum of 8 additional working hours before delivery arrangements begin being processed.
  • We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on Gladeyez.com but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
  • If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund the money you have paid. Please note that while items sent by international airmail usually arrive within 4-10 working days, some parcels may take longer to be delivered.
  • Please order from Gladeyez.com with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as we cannot be responsible for this.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • Gladeyez does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them.
  • The copyright in Gladeyez and the content of all the software, web site and pages relating to the Gladeyez web site is owned by, or licensed to Gladeyez.com, unless otherwise specified and may not be used, copied or altered without our expressed consent.
  • Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of Gladeyez.com, all photographs on it and its marketing materials
  • You may use Gladeyez.com for private and personal non-commercial use only - i.e. to view, copy and print portions of Gladeyez.com for the sole purpose of placing orders. The materials on Gladeyez.com may not be used for any other purpose.
  • Gladeyez does not make any warranty or representation in respect of any other trade mark and the trademarks of the brands featured on Gladeyez.com 



Here at Gladeyez our priority is to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase.  However, we understand there may be times when you will need to return items to us.

If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase it must be returned within 7 working days in an unused and resalable condition.  

Distance selling regulation clearly states that items such as cosmetics by reason of their nature cannot be returned unless product is still sealed (unused), faulty damaged or the order has been supplied incorrectly.

Faulty Items:

If items are faulty due to transit and this is visible on receipt please sign the carrier’s delivery not accordingly, and contact us within 10 working days

If item is faulty for any other reason please contact us within 10 working days.

In both cases items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentations.

Once we have received the items. relevant checks will be made and if product is proved to be faulty by our technicians we will issue a replacement or a full refund.


Gladeyez advises all its customers to read instructions, manuals and any other documentation that comes with your products carefully.  Customers are urged to use all products safely in accordance to manufacturer’s guidelines. Contact lenses are easy to use and a great look to have providing you use and care for them appropriately. Most risks i.e. irritation can be caused due to improper care and cleanliness.


Gladeyez is committed to protecting your privacy and uses information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (provide a link to the data protection act). 

We gather and use certain information about individuals who use this website in order to improve our products and services.

The data we may gather:
